This in-depth cooking class focuses on the science of baking and the fundamental skills required to prepare an impressive selection of iconic French pastries. From timeless classics to modern reinventions, this lesson highlights the essential methods for crafting the coveted flaky, golden pastry.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The French croissants class was excellent. Chef Eric was very helpful and the experience was great. Be prepared for an engaging hands-on class We learned a lot and had fun. The final products (sweet and savory croissants) were delicious.
