Cooking Class - Italian Kitchen Adventure: Pasta

You’ll dive into the heart of Italy with dishes like Maltagliate al Pommarola, think hand-cut pasta with a mouthwateringly fresh tomato sauce. Pappardelle al Prosciutto e Asparagi, a creamy dream with prosciutto, asparagus and pasta ribbons. Plus, try your hand at making Ravioli Alla Ferrarese, stuffed with sweet potatoes and amaretti. To finish off, you’ll make a divine Semifreddo di Amaretto, this frozen dessert will have you asking for seconds.

We had a really fun and engaging time learning how to make pasta with Chef Mo. All the food was absolutely delicious, and we were able to take a bunch of food home with us. Chef Mo was very informative and experienced and we would absolutely do this again.
