Cooking Class - The Art of Pasta Making
Discover the techniques to making delicious fresh pasta from scratch.
During this engaging cooking class, you'll be immersed in the world of pasta-making, learning all of its key techniques. An expert chef will guide you step by step as you practice rolling, cutting and making different pasta shapes. You'll also explore recipes inspired by the freshness of spring.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We are very experienced home cooks, 76 yrs old. Jen delivered a fantastic presentation and did a great job with a very diverse group of participants. She improvised several times and provided a great learning experience. WeI would take another class from her anytime.

I took my wife and her sister here . Chef Jenny was amazing and taught us all about the mediterranean cuisine. From the delicious in-house nann bread. To the delicious roasted cauliflower with pine nuts and raisins, and then finally the delicious skewered chicken with a yogurt sauce. Highly recommend this class and the instructor.
