This cooking class, created in partnership with America's Test Kitchen, teaches you the art behind pesto Calabrese, a spicy, creamy sauce from the Calabria region of Italy. A gourmet chef instructor will take you step-by-step as you create your homemade sauce, which you'll use to top a hearty serving of handmade pasta. You won't believe what you're capable of!

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

I loved the class. The ladies I was paired up with were a little chatty so was hard to listen to chef! Before class I was very intimidated but after class I was I got this! Excited to try making fresh pasta my self! Great class over all would definitely take again!

My husband and I had an enjoyable time. The food turned out excellent. Chef Joy and the others in the class were delightful to be around. There was a lot of standing. I wish we had been able to at least sit down to eat the delicious food. Overall great experience.
