Cooking Class - French Pastry Perfection
Enjoy a taste of Paris with the creation of some fine French pastries.
Unravel the secrets behind iconic French pastries in this three-hour cooking class. Under the guidance of a professional chef, you will learn techniques for achieving the perfect caramelization and buttery flakiness of a classic pastry. You'll learn to create and combine unique flavors and textures for a delightful twist on traditional pastries and take these skills with you to create your own baking bliss at home.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Ashley was not the chef. We enjoyed the class, but felt it was a bit rushed, and the last half hour we were told to take a break for 10 minutes and they were prepping for the next class. Based on what we paid, the chef was not as prepared as I would have hoped. It was just okay.....

The food was amazing, and it was fun! The chef/instructors seemed to be enjoying themselves! I struggle with verbal instructions, so it would have been helpful to have a printout of the recipe and instructions at each workstation.
