Unlock the secrets of authentic Mediterranean cooking with this chef-led class. With influences from Spain, Greece, France and beyond, you will apply culinary fundamentals like mise en place, knife skills and proper techniques for cooking meat to an array of fresh ingredients. Craft an appetizer, main, side and sweet treat to showcase these classic flavors.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We are very experienced home cooks, 76 yrs old. Jen delivered a fantastic presentation and did a great job with a very diverse group of participants. She improvised several times and provided a great learning experience. WeI would take another class from her anytime.

I took my wife and her sister here . Chef Jenny was amazing and taught us all about the mediterranean cuisine. From the delicious in-house nann bread. To the delicious roasted cauliflower with pine nuts and raisins, and then finally the delicious skewered chicken with a yogurt sauce. Highly recommend this class and the instructor.
