Cooking Class - Hibachi Flare for Steakhouse Menu

Add an Asian twist to a seemingly basic menu for maximum indulgence.

Incorporate Japanese touches into your daily cooking with skills learned in this immersive cooking class. From mastering the art of tempura frying with its' signature paper-thin batter to traditional spices and sauces like a sprinkle of furikake, transform seemingly simple ingredients into a hibachi-inspired feast.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

This was the first cooking class I took at Sur la Table, it was great! Greg, the chef, did such a great job teaching the class. I'm looking forward to going to more classes.
