Learn how to make your favorite Chinese takeout meals from scratch.

During this hands-on cooking class, you'll dive into the heart of Chinese cuisine, exploring how to make its signature meals. A top-rated chef will guide you step by step, teaching you timeless techniques and what ingredients to use to make multiple Chinese delights, each bursting with authentic flavors and culinary finesse.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Michael was great. He was very personable and gave tips and shared his culinary knowledge. it was a fun afternoon. Wish it was for the Fragrant Thai Cuisine class, but learning about gnocchis was good as well.

I attended this class with my 10 year old stepdaughter. We had a blast! There are times we would have enjoyed doing more, like making the broth or pickled mushrooms, however I understand the time constraints. Chef Michael was very clear and relatable and we would definitely come again!

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary with this cooking class and had so much fun! Would have been better with a little wine or champagne but it was great. We've already made a few of the dishes!!

My husband and I had an enjoyable time. The food turned out excellent. Chef Joy and the others in the class were delightful to be around. There was a lot of standing. I wish we had been able to at least sit down to eat the delicious food. Overall great experience.

I loved the class. The ladies I was paired up with were a little chatty so was hard to listen to chef! Before class I was very intimidated but after class I was I got this! Excited to try making fresh pasta my self! Great class over all would definitely take again!
