Along the way, an esteemed chef will share professional tips, teach you essential culinary techniques and show you the proper methods for preparing these inspired dishes. To complete the evening, enjoy a homemade vegan cheesecake with blueberry sauce. After the class is complete, take the recipes home to share with family and friends.

Miguel is a french chef that is very knowledgeable about food and is so passionate about what he does. He is a great chef and an even better instructor. The class was well-organized and he provided everything using the highest quality of ingredients. From start to finish the experience was amazing and left us with newfound culinary skills and a deep appreciation for cooking. He definitely fostered a lasting impression and connection with us and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
