Bring the tastes of Mexico into your life with this fajita cooking class. Chef David will guide you through the steps of making this mouthwatering meal your own. Start by making your own tortillas with flour, water and a pinch of salt. Once you’ve shaped your dough into fresh tortillas, you will sauté steak and chicken with bell peppers, onion, cilantro and a flavorful blend of seasonings until they are cooked to perfection. Finally, you will prepare fresh pico de gallo with finely diced onion, cilantro, tomato and a touch of seasoning.
The cooking class is set in a brewery. Ready your aprons for a dash of fun in this pop-up cooking class!

After finishing his US Air Force service, Chef David decided to pursue his passion for gastronomy. Although he specializes in American barbecue and authentic Mexican and Guatemalan cuisines, his diverse culinary interests have allowed him to branch out, with classic training in Italian and Japanese cuisine.
