First, learn to make the famous Korean napa kimchi from scratch. Then, slow-simmer pork belly served with lettuce wraps, banchan and dipping sauces. Delve into the many vegetable side dishes that make up a Korean meal, from soy bean sprouts to egg souffle. You'll finish the meal with a classic pastry, hotteok with a brown sugar syrup filling. This class blends hands-on technique with cultural stories, ending in a delicious feast you’ll want to recreate at home – book today.
