We really enjoyed this class with Chef Polly. She made us feel welcome in her home and we learned different recipes that were flavorful and easy enough to prepare on our own. We've already prepared several of the recipes we learned in class at home and have recommended this class to friends. Definitely worth checking out!

Chef Polly is super knowledgeable and brought some amazing recopies to the class. She was so easy to talk to and guided us throughout the whole day and even prepared a few special side dishes along the way as well. We very much enjoyed our time with her making delicious food, and the cooking space is so beautiful as well with great scenery. We can't wait to try another one of her classes in the near future (and bring our friends!)

Chef Polly was great — very knowledgeable and passionate about cooking. She was easy to follow and broke down each recipe simply and clearly. We did the Banchan class and enjoyed its slower pace as we really got to enjoy the process and learn about each dish. We had a great time and would absolutely recommend!
