What You’ll Do

Explore how to make hand made seafood ravioli.

Learn to cook elegant lobster ravioli in this hands-on cooking class. Expand your cooking knowledge in this interactive class taught by a five-star professional chef. Start the class with a burrata crostini appetizer topped with caramelized shallots and balsamic fig jam. Then prep a light side salad tossed with fennel and blood orange. For the main course make fresh pasta dough from scratch and stuff with lobster filling. Then drizzle with a white wine beurré blanc to finish off your premium date night dish.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

Chef Kate brings a sense of artistry to her culinary endeavors. She was a Corporate Training Chef before trying her hand at catering and concessions. Having worked in eateries ranging from food trucks to large-scale food production lines, she finally indulged her passion for teaching others. Students fortunate enough to learn from Chef Kate and her exceptional team come away with a new appreciation for the joy of food.
