Craft traditional cavatelli pasta from scratch in hands-on class.

In this cooking class discover an unforgettable culinary journey through Italy. Under the guidance of Chef April, you’ll learn to craft a delectable Roman menu from scratch.

Begin by creating arancini with three iconic Italian cheeses. Shape and form homemade cavatelli, paired with homemade sausage and broccoli rabe. Prepare a flavorful caponata agrodolce featuring Sicilian olives and a balsamic reduction. Conclude with a trio of gelato, including pistachio, Nutella and a surprise flavor from the chef.

With every dish, you will gain the confidence to incorporate Italian flavors and techniques into your cooking repertoire.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Thanks to Michael, we had an exceptional night! The food was beautifully prepared and delicious, and our hosts were extremely welcoming and passionate for their craft. Michael's class was in depth and well prepared, and their kitchen boasts the perfect space for group instruction and demos. We will absolutely be returning to take more of Michael's classes as we were blown away by everything. Cant recommend this class as well as Michael's repertoire of other classes quite enough!
