Cooking Class - Handmade Tamales

Find joy in creating a classic Latin holiday meal completely from scratch.

Discover the Latin way to celebrate with steaming hot tamales. This chef-led class walks you through mixing masa into fresh dough before lining corn husks to fill. Chop, simmer and savor two distinct savory fillings of meat and vegetables in a classic green mole and pasilla sauce. Fill your lined husks, seal them up and steam to enjoy.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
