Your guests will be begging for your recipes after delighting in these divine hors d'oeuvres.
Pack a punch of flavor into one small bite with this holiday appetizer workshop. Make homemade crackers then top with smoked salmon and crème fraîche. Turn beef Wellington miniature by hand-wrapping individual bites, complete with duxelles and sauce. Layer onions and cheese for a savory tartlet and stack puréed squash with honey and manchego for a perfectly balanced snack.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
