Elevate your weekend dining with a comforting classic.
Put a fresh twist on the traditional British Sunday roast with this chef-led experience. Press fresh herbs into a filet of beef and roast until pink and tender. Mix up a tangy horseradish cream sauce and roast a variety of vegetables to complement this cozy meal, like duchess potatoes to add a fancy accent to your plate.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Class was fun and shorter than anticipated. Wished for an in-depth step by step instructions and felt it was fast paced and not beginner friendly. Received guidance later in the class and was disappointed not being able to make the hazelnut gelato. Neither the classroom video camera nor mirror were used in the instructing. Saw many groups were struggling.
