Cooking Class - Basics of Croissants

Making your own laminated dough is the key to unlocking the world of French pastries. Discover the key to maintaining flaky, buttery layers in your bakes with this immersive cooking class focused on dough. After chilling, rolling and layering your dough you'll bake up sweet and savory croissants to showcase your skills.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
