Add a festive French classic to your holiday dessert table with this chef-led class. Mix up delicate sponge cake and plenty of Italian mocha buttercream. Discover the magic of a roulade by gently rolling your cake. Proudly display that beautiful spiral along with a frosted exterior and festive decorations like sugared cranberries and marzipan pinecones.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
