Learn the secrets to scratch-made ravioli in this cooking class.
 Discover how to make homemade pasta to complement a three-course menu. Under the guidance of a gourmet chef, you'll learn how to mix water and flour to create fluffy pillows of ravioli that you will fill with a lobster mixture and top with a white wine beurre blanc sauce. Toss together fresh fennel and blood orange salad and prepare crisp crostini with caramelized shallots and a tart balsamic-fig jam.  
 Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.   
 This class is suitable for ages 18+.
