Discover how to make homemade pasta to impress friends and family.
This cooking class is all about scratch-made pasta creations. Under the guidance of a gourmet chef, you'll learn traditional Italian techniques. Start by combining water and flour to make fresh pasta dough that will become spaghetti, ravioli, farfalle or orecchiette. You'll learn how to prepare savory sauces to pair with the fresh pasta dish.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We are very experienced home cooks, 76 yrs old. Jen delivered a fantastic presentation and did a great job with a very diverse group of participants. She improvised several times and provided a great learning experience. WeI would take another class from her anytime.

I took my wife and her sister here . Chef Jenny was amazing and taught us all about the mediterranean cuisine. From the delicious in-house nann bread. To the delicious roasted cauliflower with pine nuts and raisins, and then finally the delicious skewered chicken with a yogurt sauce. Highly recommend this class and the instructor.
