Enjoy seasonal textures and favorite flavors from an esteemed chef. Use traditional techniques and local ingredients to learn how to prepare a strip steak or an herb-crusted pork loin. Sides include options like sweet potato gnocchi with brown butter and sage or hearty winter greens. For dessert, bake espresso mousse or maple crème brûlée.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This was the first cooking class I took at Sur la Table, it was great! Greg, the chef, did such a great job teaching the class. I'm looking forward to going to more classes.
