Bake fresh and festive bread in this fun and interactive cooking class.
Join a world-class baker who will share tips and techniques for preparing festive holiday bread recipes. Learn how to mix yeast, flour and water to make a raspberry pull-apart wreath shaped like a snowflake and drizzled with homemade icing. You will also create a chocolate hazelnut braided babka. These recipes will quickly become family favorites.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

This was the first cooking class I took at Sur la Table, it was great! Greg, the chef, did such a great job teaching the class. I'm looking forward to going to more classes.
