Elevate your next family dinner with the guidance of an esteemed chef. Create a horseradish cream sauce to top herb-crusted beef tenderloin, then slice and sautée Brussels sprouts and add creamy mashed potatoes. Bake sponge cake, dates and toffee sauce into a sticky toffee pudding for a sweet end to this savory menu.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

This was the first cooking class I took at Sur la Table, it was great! Greg, the chef, did such a great job teaching the class. I'm looking forward to going to more classes.
