Cooking Class - Sweet & Savory Pâte à Choux

Bake a range of sweet and savory dishes using homemade pâte à choux dough.

This cooking class will highlight the versatility of a perfect pâte à choux. After creating your dough from scratch, expert baker instructions will guide you along as you create savory pastries like a cheesy gougère and chicken éclairs, as well as cream puffs filled with a vibrant spinach mousse. On the sweet side of things, you'll make a decadent chocolate éclair and a classic cream puff.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

The class was very informative, she is very knowledgeable and the food was delicious. The only downside was that she was careless with the time, the class was meant to last for 3 hours and we were almost 4 hours in (11pm) and still had some stuff to cover, it was on a weekday (thursday) so both my fiance and I had to work early morning the next day, we had to let her know that it was late and we needed to go, so we had to stop and did not finish the class. She also made some imprudent comments towards me that I did not like, she was trying to be funny I guess.
