Expand your culinary horizons by creating a Latin American feast, centered around a classic celebratory dish: Tamales. Combine art with food by using your hands to mix masa and press it into corn husks. Prepare two savory fillings of pulled pork with green mole and poblano peppers in pasilla sauce to add to your tamales. Seal and steam before enjoying with a cup of champurrado.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
