Bring a bit of traditional European charm to your holiday table with this in-person bake-and-take cooking class. Learn the professional-level method for baking a tender sponge, filled with mocha-flavored Italian buttercream and rolled into a winsome spiral log. Decorate with more frosting to resemble a woodland log and decorate with marzipan pine cones and sugar-frosted berries for a time-honored treat to warm up your celebration.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
