Bake fresh bread as delicious as the local bakeries in this hands-on holiday cooking class. A chef instructor will teach you the techniques for crafting a bread dough from scratch, plus how to knead, proof and bake it. Make homemade icing for a raspberry pull-apart wreath shaped like a snowflake. Then, make a classic babka from brioche dough with sweet chocolate hazelnut swirls.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
