Discover the flavors of Tuscany in winter in this engaging cooking class. A chef instructor will teach you the tech to sear the perfect pork tenderloin stuffed with kale and pancetta. Then, learn how to make a creamy risotto with pumpkin, sage and Parmesan. Chop apples and fennel for a refreshing salad topped with hazelnuts, and finish by baking almond and orange cookies with a side of espresso for dessert.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
