Cooking Class - Holiday Hors d’Oeuvres

Elevate your holiday gatherings with entertaining hors d’oeuvres.

Your guests will want the recipes for the hors d’oeuvres you craft in this engaging cooking class. A chef instructor will teach you how to make homemade crackers topped with smoked salmon and homemade crème fraîche. Then, make a tender mini beef Wellington in flaky pastry paired with a mushroom sauce. Caramelize onions for a creamy gruyère tart, then roast butternut squash for a honey and manchego crostini bursting with flavor.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
