Cooking Class - Fancy Dinner Party Fare

Become the host or hostess with the most(ess) after you master these classic cooking techniques.

Learn how to throw the ultimate dinner party with attention to detail on every aspect from the appetizers and side dishes to the dessert. Inspired by a classic Sunday roast, you will practice a variety of techniques like how to herb-crust and bake a tenderloin to perfection. Season, sauté and serve flavorful Brussels sprouts and create artful swirls of soft Duchess potatoes. Finally, bake up a luscious sticky toffee pudding, bursting with flavors of butter and caramel.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
