What You’ll Do

Join a talented chef to elevate luxurious ingredients with time-honored culinary techniques.

Transform premium ingredients into a luxurious meal in this cooking class for food lovers. This chef-led class focuses on traditional pasta-making with step-by-step instructions to create elegant lobster ravioli dressed in a classic French beurre blanc. Practice finding balance in texture in flavor with two vibrant sides to accompany the main course: A bright citrus-fennel salad, and crostini layered with caramelized shallots, creamy burrata and balsamic-fig jam.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class was a lot of fun. The chef was knowledgeable and easy to talk with. I really liked how the chef talked through some of the science behind certain ingredient choices or how particular ingredients interact to give a desired outcome. 10/10 would recommend the class

My group of 5 had a blast making ramen with Chef Will in Naperville. The recipe was approachable, we used some new tools, and spent time as a family cooking a meal. A lovely way to spend two hours. Tasty too!
