Cooking Class - Elegant Sunday Roast Dinner

What You’ll Do

Gain confidence and new skills with this immersive class focused on cozy classics.

Settle in for a traditional Sunday roast — a mouthwatering meal built for comfort. Practice new culinary skills as you work your way through this old-fashioned menu focusing on time-honored techniques and classic flavors. Begin by coating a tenderloin in herbs before baking to tender perfection and serving with homemade horseradish cream. You’ll slice, sauté and season Brussels sprouts along with mashing then neatly piping potatoes into artful little swirls, known as Duchess potatoes. For dessert, you’ll bake up a homemade sticky toffee pudding.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The assigned chef was very nice, well organized, a good instructor, and he shared helpful cooking tips. Menu was tasty and should be easy to repeat at home. The other participants were very nice, and we especially enjoyed the mother and adult son who were part of our foursome cooking team.
