Learn how to make one of the world’s most luxurious dishes.
Beef Wellington is an intimidating dish to make, but a chef instructor will break down the techniques in this engaging cooking class. Learn how to make the flaky pastry crust from puff pastry dough and how to cook a savory beef tenderloin. Then, layer pâté and duxelle to create a centerpiece dish. You'll also peel, chop and prepare a variety of hearty vegetables to pair with your warming meal.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Meet your chef
Chef Michael emigrated to the U.S. from Romania with his family at the age of seven. He followed his family's culinary interests and found joy in the kitchen, with his grandmother and his parents leading the way. After working in various restaurants through high school and beyond, he developed a taste for finer cuisine. His resume grew to include event catering as well as teaching cooking classes, for which Chef Michael holds an abiding passion.
