Classic ingredients enjoy a rustic preparation with perfect technique in this Tuscan-inspired cooking class. Discover new ways to prepare surf and turf as you pan-sear a balsamic marinated steak before topping it with a hand-tossed salad of fried capers and arugula. Velvety and rich risotto is complete as you fold in butter, pancetta and shrimp for a rich and hearty seafood accompaniment. For dessert, caramelize sugar and hazelnut for a crunchy brittle, atop silky smooth vanilla panna cotta.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The class was definitely fun! It was a little different than I anticipated - for example there were four people to a station so my boyfriend and I shared everything with another couple - this was totally fine but just different! I was a little disappointed that the dough took too long to make so it was already pre-made. The class itself was closer to 2 hours and was not as hands on as I hoped. But still good experience and it was a beginner class so it makes sense!
