What You’ll Do

Prepare a quartet of traditional Japanese dishes brimming with fresh Asian-Pacific flavor.

Take a culinary voyage of taste and texture with this hands-on cooking class focused on authentic Japanese cuisine. You’ll discover a world of incredible options to expand your home dining menu. Create a meal that begins with cod roasted until tender in a white miso glaze with a salad of marinated cucumbers on the side. Then, learn the secrets for sautéing bok choy and shiitake mushrooms to umami perfection and make a steamed rice dish served with crispy garlic chips.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
