Cooking Class - Japanese-Style Dining

What You'll Do

Expand your repertoire with a set of authentic Japanese dishes filled with fresh flavor.

If Japanese cuisine is at the top of your culinary list, this hands-on cooking class is your opportunity to make your own delicious dishes. Begin by roasting cod that's tender and flaky, flavored with white miso glaze before transforming simple garden-fresh cucumbers into a marinated salad worth raving about. Then, mix sautéed shiitake mushrooms and bok choy into a savory side and learn a rice-steaming method that works every time.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Paul was great, detail oriented and answered my questions that had nothing to do with donuts. My nephew and I had a wonderful time. I love the open, bright kitchen and will be back to attend other classes for sure.
