Cooking Class - Mastering Ravioli Making

What You’ll Do

Explore the right techniques to learn how to make ravioli from scratch.

During this interactive cooking class, you’ll learn how to craft two types of ravioli, focusing on pasta dough creation to then shape, fill and cook to perfection. You’ll start with a delectable pumpkin ravioli served with luscious brown butter and sage sauce. Then, you’ll create a creamy three-cheese ravioli with crispy pancetta and tomato sauce. For the perfect accompaniment, you’ll shave Brussels sprouts for a salad with walnuts and citrus.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Meet your chef


Chef Michael emigrated to the U.S. from Romania with his family at the age of seven. He followed his family's culinary interests and found joy in the kitchen, with his grandmother and his parents leading the way. After working in various restaurants through high school and beyond, he developed a taste for finer cuisine. His resume grew to include event catering as well as teaching cooking classes, for which Chef Michael holds an abiding passion.

Wonderful experience! My husband and I went to the French Autumn cooking class with Chef Michael and had a great time. The food turned out delicious, we learned a lot and we got to take the recipes home. I loved that it was a meal we could definitely replicate at home when hosting friends or family. I would attend another class and would recommend this as a gift for anyone.
