Cooking Class - Authentic French Pastries

What You’ll Do

Craft sweet treats that rival France's best pâtisseries.

Embark on the sweetest culinary journey by creating French pastries in this engaging cooking class, where you'll learn how to make laminated pastry dough from scratch. This dough is the base of many French pastries and creates buttery, flaky layers many have come to love. Use the dough to make palmier cookies dusted with cinnamon sugar, and flaky turnovers filled with fresh, crisp apples. Then, make the ultimate French pastry, a kouign-amann with multiple fluffy, buttery layers of pastry dough.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Now instructing, Chef Jesse combines his deep knowledge and passion for food with a love for teaching, helping students master efficient kitchen techniques while making cooking a fun, engaging experience.

Claire is an awesome chef! Don’t judge how I plated my food, it tasted amazing. This was such a fun way to try new things and step out of my comfort zone. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a unique and delicious experience!
