Cooking Class - Classic Rustic Breads

Learn to prepare your own unfussy loaves loaded with flavor and texture.

Come explore the world of gourmet rustic breads and learn to make your own in this hands-on cooking class. Learn the basics of crafting bread dough that performs to your expectations every time. Then, put your newfound knowledge to use as you craft a savory loaf and a charming Dutch oven bread. You'll also whip up homemade butter to top your freshly baked loaves.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

After spending several decades in the food service industry, Chef Rosalind has determined that baking is her true passion. Her work has taken her from hotels to food trucks to jobs on the supply side of business. She's even spent time teaching cooking to high school students. With such varied experience in the culinary world, it's no surprise that Chef Rosalind considers cooking a joyous activity, no matter which form it takes.
