Cooking Class - Gourmet French Fare

This immersive cooking class is perfect for fans of French cuisine. Learn a variety of cooking skills passed down for generations in this cooking lesson led by a five-star chef. Whether you're sautéing fragrant herbs with your meat dish or adding the finishing touch to your dessert, this class teaches you everything you need to recreate French flavors at home.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

I had a lot of fun and learned alot. Chef Sam was very informative and the meal was excellent and very tasty. I will definitely be making this meal for my family and guests in the future

Enjoyed the class and it was my first class. Renee is a great teacher, her communication with the group and on individual basis was excellent! I've enjoyed the hands on approach and she demonstrated those skills with finesse. The food was good quality and prep tools were good to use. I would have given a 5 star, however, I felt the size of the class was too large although I do understand the purpose of generating revenue from the class but it seemed to slow down the progress. I would have also liked to have completed the process of how to make the dessert from step 1 to finish. Would I attend another one, absolutely!! Is there a way you could design a class that is specific to what we want? For example, how to make pasta starting at scratch to preparing the dough to the end outcome? That is just merely an example.

Her work has taken her from hotels to food trucks to jobs on the supply side of business. She's even spent time teaching cooking to high school students. With such varied experience in the culinary world, it's no surprise that Chef Rosalind considers cooking a joyous activity, no matter which form it takes.
