Cooking Class - Fresh Egg-Free Pasta and Italian Favorites

World-class Chef Afi will guide you through this hands-on cooking class for a fun experience and teach you techniques you can take home to your family. Using a pasta maker, you'll delight in the skills and secrets you uncover along the way.
Start with a fresh arugula salad peppered with beets and feta before you make homemade dough and prepare two shapes of pasta — fettuccine and garganelli — to be enjoyed with a silky brown butter sage sauce. Then, make crusty and herby garlic bread, and learn how to create from-scratch cannoli.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

At a young age, Chef Afi fell in love with food while assisting her mother in the kitchen. As a lifelong vegan and vegetarian, she is a master at transforming plant-based ingredients into incredible meals. Having earned a culinary degree from Le Cordon Bleu College, she is trained in patisserie and bakery. Chef Afi strives to help all clients discover delicious recipes and menus with healthy options.
