Cooking Class - Wood-Burning Brick Oven Pizza
Make three completely different styles of pizza using a variety of ingredients as Chef Michael teaches you the best-kept secrets behind using a beloved culinary tool: The brick oven.
Begin by creating homemade pizza dough. Top your first pizza with a pesto sauce, shaved cheese and tomatoes, then make a margherita pizza with handmade marinara sauce and handmade mozzarella. Your final pizza features aged balsamic and a variety of fresh cheeses. For dessert, Chef Michael will show you how to make crunchy and sweet homemade cannoli.
