Settle in for the labor of love that is homemade pizza. With guidance from Chef Aaron, you will craft a balanced, Italian-inspired meal with pizza as the centerpiece.
Begin by layering heirloom tomatoes and mozzarella with basil and balsamic reduction for a simple caprese salad. Then, knead fluffy pizza dough into your desired pizza shape — an artist's perfect canvas for toppings like Italian sausage, artichokes and mushrooms. For dessert, use the leftover pizza dough to create knots and top with mascarpone and espresso powder for a tiramisu-esque bite.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Aaron was very patient with my wife and I (especially me when rolling the seaweed on the rice) as we went through the sushi process. He encouraged questions, and gave us great tips (recommended cutlery, where to source your fish). Would definitely use again.

Highly recommend this cooking class. Chef Aaron was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He was patient with my husband and I and willing to answer all of our questions. And the food was delicious!! Aaron brought high quality, seasonal ingredients that made the meal perfect. We will definitely be taking more classes with Aaron in the future.

Chef Aaron was so personable and knowledgeable! He gave us the option of just watching or also following along, we decided to follow along! He was very patient with us and we had many laughs. Would HIGHLY recommend this for a date night/special occasion. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

Chef Aaron taught some great knife skills and how to make baja shrimp spring rolls, Asian/Hawaiian fusion style. Great explanations of what was going on. Finished product was tasty, with shrimp nicely coloured and fillings of mango, avo and cabbage with some lime juice.

After receiving his culinary arts and management certificate, he dove head-first into the realm of gourmet cookery in restaurants and hotels around Southern California.
