WHAT YOU’LL DO
Delight in the process of making pizza completely from scratch.
Settle in for the labor of love that is homemade pizza. With guidance from Chef Aaron, you will craft a balanced, Italian-inspired meal with pizza as the centerpiece.
Begin by layering heirloom tomatoes and mozzarella with basil and balsamic reduction for a simple caprese salad. Then, knead fluffy gluten-free pizza dough into your desired pizza shape — an artist's perfect canvas for toppings like Italian sausage, artichokes and mushrooms. For dessert, use the leftover pizza dough to create knots and top with mascarpone and espresso powder for a tiramisu-esque bite.
