Cooking Class - Elevated Italian Techniques

Begin by slicing tomatoes and mozzarella to pair with fresh basil for a caprese salad. Then, Chef Sarah will show you how to cook a classic chicken piccata studded with capers and parsley, then make homemade pasta, which you'll pair with the flavors of pancetta and Parmesan cheese. For dessert, bake up torta di mele, an Italian apple cake.
