Begin by building an iconic caprese salad with fresh tomatoes, basil and mozzarella before moving onto the main course: Homemade pasta with an herby basil, pine nut and Parmesan pesto sauce and Italian sausage. For dessert, Chef Josiah will teach you how to make authentic zabaglione, a creamy custard made with dry Italian wine and juicy strawberries.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

His ventures have taken him to Germany, New York, Arizona and New Orleans. As a private chef and cooking instructor, Chef Josiah gets to share his passion with gourmets and aspiring cooks of all skill levels.

What an amazing experience to have a personal chef come to our home to prepare and teach us three incredible dishes. Chef Joe has the perfect personality to make everyone feel comfortable in the kitchen!

Chef Josiah was amazing! Made the best food I’ve had in a long time. Was on time, gave great convo. Great customer service. Will def be using his services again! I wish I could give more then 5 stars.
