In this introduction to Mediterranean cooking, Chef Josiah will guide you on your journey to handcraft traditional recipes straight from the vibrant region.
Fresh produce is the centerpiece of Mediterranean fare and you'll start by mixing a salad with chickpeas, black olives and local tangy feta to start. Fresh fish is a staple and you will learn how to perfectly pan-sear cod, served over a bed of yellow turmeric rice. For dessert, you'll layer sweet ricotta with juicy strawberries and a hint of lemon peel and mint.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
