Start by fire-roasting corn and slicing up jalapeños, tomatoes, avocado and cilantro for a chopped salad. For the main course, you'll learn the history and techniques behind loaded Navajo tacos made from special fried bread and filled with tender beef, beans and more. Piled high with toppings, you've never had a taco like this. Finally, whip up a creamy mocha custard for dessert.
