Cooking Class - Japanese Sushi Rolling 101

Explore the timeless traditions of sushi in this hands-on cooking class where Chef Mo will show you how to use specialized equipment, teach you correct terminology and more upon arrival while you enjoy steamed edamame and Japanese treats.
Begin by preparing and enjoying a red miso soup while the sushi rice cooks. Then, you'll learn sushi techniques for making nigiri, maki, gunkan and oshisushi using salmon, tuna, shrimp, scallops and more, and build a stunning sushi tray with your creations. For dessert, Chef Mo will serve a dessert tray of fresh fruit, mochi ice cream and sencha almond shortbread filled with yuzu marmalade.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
