Discover the bold ingredients and spices of Thai cuisine in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Mo will guide you through a menu of classic recipes featuring vibrant flavors that are simple enough to recreate at home.
Begin by flavoring Thai vermicelli and vegetable to make spring rolls. Next, prepare chicken thighs with a sweet and spicy Thai sauce served with savory jasmine rice infused with coconut milk and mango; served with Thai pickles. End with a mango mousse and coconut crumble (coconut, lime zest, palm sugar, roasted peanuts) for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
