Delight in a fresh, innovative menu featuring ingredients inspired by Barbie’s signature color.

In this fun, themed cooking class, Chef Vivian and Michi will guide you as you prepare an elevated menu showcasing vibrant ingredients in honor of the Mattel icon. Playing with color and texture, you will learn how to elevate a meal using professional tips and techniques.

Bold, beetroot hummus is followed by broiled tenderloin with a bright raspberry glaze and refreshing dill crema accompanied by a delicate, pink cauliflower purée with earthy red radishes. For dessert, craft sweet and airy strawberry cupcakes with a flourish of cream cheese frosting.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We did the Noodling around the Pasta with chef Vivian and Michi, it was a fantastic experience. We were most interested in learning the techiques of making pasta from scratch , bruschetta and tiramisu, as we have always used the store bought pasta.We found the class fun and very informative.Thanks for great tips throughout the class. Great Experience! We enjoyed the entire time at this cooking class and the food was amazing. Vivian and Michi know their way around a kitchen, are very informative, and are fun to be around. We will do this again.

Nancy and I had a truly 5-Star experience with Chefs Vivian O’Phelan and Michi Hirano. This truly hands on, up close and personal learning experience exceeded our expectations. Our host, The Chefs, were organized, knowledgeable, teachers, personal, professional, good communicators and dining hosts. We highly recommend these Chefs for all your culinary needs, teaching, cooking and customer service. By the way, the food was amazing.
